Yeah it is obvious, but genetically we are unable to repair ourselves(excluding skin and some other stuff), thus we our bodies are not capable of destroying itself and then rebuilding what it destroyed. also there could be so many mistakes, you might end up messed up. Plus the brain is really complicated, and im pretty sure if it self regenerates itself by destorying neurons and replacin them, then we would lose alot of our memories. However if somehow we could self regenerate every organ and cell in our body, then yes we can be immortal... that's what i think.Health Question & Answer
