She said her symptoms were Fainting, Dizziness, Cough, and Sore leg muscles. When she faints she can't wake up for a while. I tried figuring it out, but none of them fit. She can't afford a doc.Health Question & Answer

She should go to the emergency room or a 24 hour walk-in clinic. With those symptoms she shouldn't wait. Emergency rooms do not turn anyone away. The most important thing is that she gets the medical attention she needs a.s.a.p. Hopefully you are the type of friend who can get some information for her or transport her to the hospital or clinic. There is no way anyone can diagnose her over the internet. She needs to be examined in person by a physician. She may need antibiotics and fluids depending upon what her condition requires. does she have low blood sugar, that can cause fainting, dizziness...not the cough or sore legs though (maybe weak legs but not sore) my friend used to get dizzy and faint because she would go on strict diets and not eat....

Uhm. It's not the flu obviously because she isnt puking or pooing.
( But she may be, but you did not put it. ) She may just be really really sick, and tired and really stressed. I'd say searching more on the internet and talking to a doctor yourself. Pretend its for yourself, or something. or just tell him that you have a friend that has these symptoms. If you really care for her, thats what's best darling.Health Question & Answer

Like they said before she cant afford a funeral... No advice is better then an actual doctors.. Your just going to get random advice from people who know about as much as you do... so... The hell with how much it cost. She needs to go to the Emergency Room... Theres alot of symptoms. The one most concerning is her not waking up for a while after fainting... That could be something serious neurologically. So.... Recap.... GO TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM!!!! Most hospitals have payment plans and financial AIDE... So... no more excuses... Or if she wants, wait it out and possibly get to the hospital by private transport in her own Ambulance, all while being kept warm and safe from the elements by her very own...... BODY BAG!!!!!!
