What you should do is tell your mom and/or dad and tell them you need to see the doctor. Don't be ashamed of it. I am a female and the doctors do more to a female down there then they do to a male. The doctor would probably feel your testicle to feel for the lumps. He might send you for testing if necessary. If you have lumps and it god forbid turns out to be cancer, you want to get treated right away. Cancer is more curable when caught early. Think of it like that. And....it might be nothing at all. No, it's nothing to be ashamed of. In fact make an appointment with a urologist, he is a penis (and urinary tract) specialist and won't be awkard in the least. Or you could go to an oncologist (a cancer specialist). It's probably better that you make an appointment with a specialist for this anyway.

You may not even have to get the testicle removed! If you do, the urologist can put in a prosthetic one making you look completely normal. You will still be able to ejaculate and impregnate (if you want to someday).
