Are these symptoms of Bacterial Meningitis?!

Question: Are these symptoms of Bacterial Meningitis.?
I'm a hypochondriac and every time I read or hear about a certain illness, I seem to get a mild version of the symptoms. That's why I'm doubting a bit, but I don't want to take chances.

I've had a mild headache for about 3 days now. Today I've been exhausted and I've had neck discomfort (I can move my neck freely but it aches). I also felt light headed a couple times today (but I also suffer from frequent panic attacks and the light headedness is often a symptom of that) and I've had minor chills and nausea.

Is this my mind playing tricks on me.? I know bacterial meningitis is deadly that's why I want to make sure. If it was any other non lethal illness I wouldn't be bothered as much.Health Question & Answer

If I were you I would rather have some tests done by a professional to eliminate certain illnesses and to establish what is wrong. It sounds like a mild attack of migraine, but do not play with your health!Health Question & Answer

There's a meningococcus vaccine that you can get. If it's not meningitis this time, but you're still worried, you can get vaccinated. I think when I got it, it was between $100-150.Health Question & Answer
