After brushing, flossing, mouth wash can I drink tea?!

Question: After brushing, flossing, mouth wash can I drink tea.?
Or does that just put germs back in my mouth.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
In an ideal world you really should not put anything in your mouth after you have thoroughly cleaned it.. If you sleep for 8 hours and nothing is going in your mouth, this is the longest period of time in your day where food debris will not be sticking to your teeth and feeding the bacteria that are always in your mouth..
If you drink tea after cleaning, it will leave a residue on your teeth that will help the bacteria that you just knocked off of your teeth, reestablish themselves back on your teeth that much faster..Health Question & Answer

I would say that the biggest reason to brush after tea is if you have put sugar in it.. However I brush after I have tea (if I am going to bed) because if I don't I wake up with a yucky feeling mouth..Health Question & Answer

Yes you can, but no sugar or milk..Health Question & Answer
