Retainer help? please?!

I'd say go with a color you like because you'll have to wear them for a while.. I have clear retainers, but I'm guessing the cleaning has to be the same.. I got detencher cleaner for the; I soak them in that real good once a week.. You can brush them with your toothbrush and toothpaste in the morning when you take them out to brush your own teeth.. Just remeber to clean them casue the do get plaque and the do stink if you dont wash them.. Good luck :)Health Question & Answer
