I just got mine off yesterday, it feels really weird at first and slimy.. Try not to look at your teeth till they clean the glue, I didn't I almost yelled cause the glue was stained so it looked really bad..
Once everything is cleaned up and the glue is gone, your teeth will be really white and it will just feel so weird having your teeth feel so smooth..
You could ask if you could get Essix retainers, they are clear plastic kind of like invisalign..Health Question & Answer

Braces definetly work better becausew invisalign is just like a retainer- actually that is what my retainer is, an insvisalign..
I like having an invisible retainer because i can wear it all day and no one will really notice because I wont have a big bar running across my teeth, but it is kind of hard to clean..

I wanted to keep my braces on because it hurt really bad, but I've been told I'm a wimp, and my orthodontist was about 70 (not an exaggeration) so he might have been a little senile, and not so good at taking them off.. My retainers are sparkly dark blue.. I think they make glow in the dark..Health Question & Answer

Invisalign doesn't work with all problems..
Braces works with just about anything..
And braces are less expensive..
