When i was hit, my lip swelled up and my teeth only hurt a little.. A few days later, i woke up to a throbbing pain in my teeth.. I've been taking extra strength excedrin for my teeth..My teeth have been hurting for the past 4-5 days..Health Question & Answer

It could just be trauma to your tooth, or you might have damaged a nerve or cracked something.. You need to go to the dentist and have x-rays and tests on the nerves done..Health Question & Answer
