Question: Teeth and gums question..................................................
When you brush your teeth do you brush the gums too.? I'm telling my husband you do to keep them health and pinkish and they need to be a little over the teeth he says no what do you think.?Health Question & Answer

Brushing properly helps the gums.. They should be coral pink.. But bad breath is caused primarily by bacteria on the top and back of your tongue.. Top of one's tongue should look pink as well.. Not discolored, white or brown.. Next time, check the isle where they sell toothbrushes.. You should also find brushes there designed just to brush the tongue and scrape of the bacteria.. Similar to a toothbrush but designed for the tongue.. Guaranteed to get rid of bacteria.. PREVENTS bad breath and helps your teeth and gums healthy too I'm sure..Health Question & Answer

Yes, my dentist showed me how to properly brush my teeth and he said to brush the gum in a circular motion to stimulate the gums and to get under the gum slightly to avoid gingivitis.. Then bring the brush straight down over the teeth.. And keep doing that all over.. It not onl gives a good clean brushing, but brushing the gums helps to steer away bad breath and gum disease..Health Question & Answer

brushing the is an good thing but when ever you brush your gums keep one thing in your mind that dont apply too much pressure and brush them in a circular form because when you applied pressure on your gums and do not brush them in a circular form then your gums hurts and blood come out of your gums..brush your teeth day and night..because teeth and gums are one of the sensitive parts of our body..Health Question & Answer
