White or yellow, and light green if i remember correctly.. Braces are lots of fun though once you get used to them.. I kinda miss mine.. :) You can get different colors every month, and I would get black and orange for halloween, red and green for christmas, and so on.. Depending on how crooked your teeth are, the pain in the beginning will vary.. After a few days it should subside though hopefully.. Just try and eat real soft foods at first.. And make sure you get those special flossers, so food won't get stuck as easily.. :)Health Question & Answer
You usually get the option of clear.. If not, go for something that matches your eyes.. Silver and blue look good.. Don't go for orange or red, it looks as if there's something in your teeth.. After a while you won't even notice them..Health Question & Answer
