I have a problem, i have a huge pimple on my gum inside my mouth at the bottom? i don't know what it is?!

It sounds like you have an abscess in your mouth.. Try rinsing with salt and go see your dentist.. I just had an abscess two months ago and it had to be drained..

Go see your Dentist! It very likely could be a "fistula" which looks exactly like a "pimple" on your gums and is an infection.. Is there pus coming out of it.? Or do you have a bad taste in your mouth.? If so, that is most likely what it is, and you have to see a professional......it may come and go, but you have to solve the problem.. A simple Xray will be able to tell if there is an infection and on which tooth.. Bascially what happens is the infection needs somewhere to "drain" and takes the path of least resistance and finds its way to the surface.. i dont think you can get pimplesin ur gums.. Keeep a eye on it for a day or 2 if it gets worse then go to your doctor becuase it could be herpes( im trying not to scare you)!Health Question & Answer
