Are the metal kind of retainers comfortable?!


Question: Are the metal kind of retainers comfortable.?
Are the metal kind of retainers comfortable.? Are they more comfortable then the clear ones or are the clear ones more comfortable.?

Keep in mind that I am going to wear retainers on both top and bottom..

I just got metal ones on and they do not hurt but they are very awkward and not comfy when you bite down..

The clear ones feel cumbersome at first but you get used to them after a while

The metal one hurts at first but IMO works better than the clear ones

All in all the clear are more comfy and you don't notice them but the metal works betterHealth Question & Answer
