Question: Should I stop using Crest Pro Health.?
Well I was reading some Q and A's and I saw that Crest Pro Health stains your teeth.? Is this seriously true.? I use Crest Pro health mouthwash for night(even though I use it every time i brush)and I use Colgate Total Whitening Toothpaste

You're probably right about Crest Pro Health, and to be honest you should stay away from any toothpaste that has fluoride in it (contrary to what mainstream media and dentists will tell you of course).. Fluoride (a form of rat poison) is the leading cause for staining teeth and weakening enamel.. But don't just take my word for it, check it out for yourself..

As an alternative I use baking soda in a little bit of water and although it tastes a little weird at first, you get used to it.. Your mouth will not only feel cleaner than it ever has but it will be at it's whitest and your enamel will be at it's strongest..

I don't know, but it's freaky, isn't it.? I've read a bunch of reports of that too...... people getting loss of taste and brown spots forming on their teeth.. For some people it happens on first use...... others it takes awhile.. There's really no way of knowing I guess, unless someone you know and trust says it happens.. I'm too scared to risk it personally.. They said those spots don't come off..
I guess the question for you is why use Crest Pro Health.? Is there a reason.? If it's because its alcohol free, well, there are some other alcohol free ones you could try.. They aren't as readily available but you can order them online I guess.. The company I know of is Toms of Maine.. I bet you can find what you're looking for in Crest Pro Health in some other brand.. If you feel it does, then try something else for a while.. Some people use salt to brush their teeth and others use baking soda.. There is Tom's of Maine,but it is not sweet.. Colgate is good..Health Question & Answer
As far as I know it shouldn't stain teeth if it did it should state it on the label.. I think your safe using Colgate Total..Health Question & Answer
