Question: Novacaine! How long does it take to wear off.?.?
I got three fillings this morning and left the dentists office about 12 maybe.? But I AM SO hungry.. How long is the left side of my face going to be numb.? I'm not sure how much my Dentist injected, but it's annoying..Health Question & Answer

I am going to get fillings this week myself and I had a tooth extraction a couple weeks ago.. I would say it generally takes 4-6 hours for the numbness to wear off.. This does not mean you cannot eat just do not eat on the side that is numb if you are not comfortable..Health Question & Answer
I got a filling this morning too.. I took a nap so I didn't have to feel the Novocaine.. I took a three hour nap and when I woke up, I wasn't numbed.. So, three hours.?.?Health Question & Answer
it takes a couple hours till it wears off.. but u no its ok to eat, you just wont feel anything and u hav a better chance of biteing you tounge or lip..Health Question & Answer
