Nopee,
they take the little color bands off,
and give you a new wire,
tighten sometimes
and give you new color,
give you some new contraption [[they give me new stuff all the time =_=]
if theres something broken, like the bracket is loose, then they will glue it back on

No, they don't that would take too long.. They just replace the wire to tighten it more each time..
