sdaaaaaYes yes yes....just went through this myself with my daughter.. she has both of her bottom front teeth do that..If the teeth aren't loose....they will be very soon and when she does lose her teeth,the others will slide right into place..My daughters were so far ouuta whack and it was astonishing how quickly they looked right and were excactly where they nned to be..don't worry..Health Question & Answer
I know it looks very odd, but this is extremely common.. I would guess this is happening with one of his lower front teeth.. Have the child do his best to loosen the baby tooth.. Usually the permantent tooth moves into place after the baby tooth comes out.. If you cannot get the tooth out on your own, or it becomes painful, then go see your dentist..Health Question & Answer
this is not a big problem, the milk teeth may eventually shed of, bt i advice u to visit a dentist coz if u leave it to shed it by itself the permanent teeth may not erupt straight, and the child may have jagged teeth..

Yes, my youngest daughters new teeth grew before the baby teeth fell out.. U shld get the baby teeth removed as soon as u see a new tooth coming thru or like my daughter, they will grow crooked and in the wrong place thus her needing braces when she is older.. I went through the same thing when I was 6.. Both of my top front teeth came through when my baby teeth were still there.. I had a fear of my teeth coming out so I refused for anyone to pull on them! They came out by themselves and permanent teeth are fine..Health Question & Answer
