It depends on how serious your case is.. Make sure you wear them when you're suppossed to because you will definitely see improvement.. I was told to wear bands at night and I saw improvement the next day when I woke up but since I wasn't persistant and my case was a really tough case to fix (my ortho said it's his toughest case) he has to go to the next step and screw TADs (temporary anchorage devices) into my jaw tomorrow (I'm scared..) So make sure you wear your bands and you'll probably have your braces off quicker!Health Question & Answer
ask ur ortho.. i dont really kno what you mean though..
i kno if you wear them longer, its better for you.. like if they say were them at night, wear them day and night.. but dont do that everyday, cuz ur teeth need time to adjust..
