Toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, floss, the same for the kids, except they'll get like a little hour glass timer, the tablets so you can see the extra plaque the needs to be washed off, and an extra little toy or two.. For braces, you'll get the toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, travel toothbrush, toothbrush case, floss, the floss-needle threader to make it easier to floss, the tablets for plaque, a description of how to clean your teeth, a BRACES ARE COOL bracelet, and a little cleaner to clean the brackets.. [For the braces, I'm positive, since I just got braces yesterday :)]
It really just depends on your dentist, some don't even give goody bags..

When I go to the dentist I usually get the kids bag, i'm 15 haha, and what i get is normally a small bottle of mouthwash, a small toy, a toothbrush, a sticker, and some flavored floss..
