Dental Hygiene? Mouth Wash?!

Question: Dental Hygiene.? Mouth Wash.?
I use mouth wash after brushing, but after i use the mouth wash i rinse my mouth out with water..
Does rinsing your mouth out with water after using mouth wash (Listerine) remove the sodium fluoride (or whatever the active ingredient in mouth wash is, i assume sodium fluoride).?

Rinsing will inhibit the effect of both mouthwash and toothpaste, and it would be best if you didn't rinse afterwards.. BUT the main effect of the whole dental hygiene session is the brushing part.. So you should never rely on any other substanse than the brushing.. (the flouride in the toothpaste has a known effect, but if you mouth is filled with plaque it can't work its wounders on your teeth)
BTW listerine works mainly by it HIGH alcohol content, the Fluoride content is a secondary gain.. Think about the alcohol content when giving it to kids.?.?!.?Health Question & Answer

well, if you are having trouble swishing you mouth with the rinse because it feels disgusting, just add a little bit of water to the listerine, try not to use tap water after using the listerine..
yes, let's say that the effects of the active ingridients won't act properly after washing with water..
Remember only rinse with listerine before sleeping and early when getting up !!

good luck!!Health Question & Answer
