okay my tooth hurts alot the back of it is out but the front sucks and the back has a part shaped like a iceical and the sides are realy wiggily =[ i chewed on some hard chocolate and some came out it hurts so bad i can't eat or drink so i am so hungery help me please!!!!!!!!!!Health Question & Answer

Make an appointment for an emergency check up..
I'm not quite sure which tooth you're talking about...... It also depends on your age and which/how many of your permanent teeth are erupted..
It sounds like a decayed tooth...... I'm not too sure according to your description.. If your tooth had a filling, I'm guessing the filling broke due to decay, or decay has started and the tooth is breaking away......
