-One hour bleaching sessions.. You make an appointment at an office that offers one hour bleaching.. They apply a chemical to your teeth and you sit in the chair for an hour as they shine a bright blue on your teeth.. Very effective, takes only an hour, but very costly.. Average $300..00 per session..
-Custom bleaching trays.. A dentist takes an impression of your teeth to make you a set of custom bleaching trays.. You are also giving a set of prescription strength bleaching gels.. You apply some gel into the trays and you can wear the trays from 30min to overnight.. This is a good option because you control how long you'd like to bleach your teeth and do it until you are happy with a shade.. If you have extra, which most people do, you can always retouch your teeth every few months to maintain your shade..

try the crest whitening strips.. I've used them and they are amazing.. I've only used them twice in the past 4 years and I'm a big coffee drinker so ya...... i also use the crest extra whitening toothpaste.. ppl are always asking me how i get my teeth so White..Health Question & Answer
go to your dentist and get whitening trays.. if you cant afford it, then i would recommend just cutting back on things like tea or coffe or anything citrus.. those things stain your teeth and citrus strips your enamel.. not good..Health Question & Answer
