I got my wisdom teeth out on Monday.. I ate very little that day.. I think only pudding..
At First:
Pudding
Icecream
Mac N Cheese
Mashed Potatos--when you get sick of them plain, you can add cheese, salad dressing, tofu
Soup
Apple Sauce
Jello
Yesterday, I was able to eat thin sliced roast beef..Health Question & Answer

I got mine cut out about 2 months ago.. It sucks but the pain really doesn't last very long at all..I was able to eat regular food by the third day.. As for right now you should be able to eat anything soft and mushy..
So things to try are soups,pudding, ice cream, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, spaghetti, applesauce ect......

Hello, First and foremost you can eat Ice Cream......you can also get meals in a can from the drug store and of course you can eat well cooked veggies.. For meat, a meatloaf will be easy and tasty to eat...... Good luck and I wish you well..Health Question & Answer

I ate:

Soup (not too hot!)
Yogurt
Ice cream
Popsicles (but you CANNOT actually suck on them or you will end up with dry sockets, you just have to bite them)
Jell-o

Remember not to use straws or eat anything that requires a sucking motion..Health Question & Answer

just dont eat grainy foods...... rice, grainy bread, nuts anything hard that can get stuck in there..
obviously soups, banana milkshakes yoghurt are good but who can live on that crapola.?Health Question & Answer
