Question: Is it normal to feel weird when you bite down after having a filling .?
I had a filling about 4 hours ago and when i bite down it feels strange, not so much painful just a weird feeling lol !!! Can anyone explain why this is .? thanksHealth Question & Answer

This is normal......for one some of your gum may still be under the effects of it being numb.. also, it's almost as if the filling as to "set.." I've had fillings and they do this afterward......it'll take a day or two to get used to it, but it is completely normal.. If it starts HURTING, you may want to go back to the dentist but for now, don't worry about it..Health Question & Answer
