Don't worry, even though enamel doesn't grow back, dentists have come a long way in figuring out how to stealthily replace it.. There are a variety of options, depending on the damage, your budget, and the dentist you go to.. The cheapest one is likely to be bonding, where the dentist uses a composite material to reconstruct the tooth and then hardens it with a laser.. Most people with tiny chips on the side of their front teeth have this.. Next are lumineers and veneers.. Lumineers are thinner than veneers, but both are a porcelain front to replace your tooth's old one.. The last option, although given how minor your damage sounds this doesn't seem at all necessary, is a crown.. This is usually used in situations where there is more drastic structural damage.. I've given some links on bonding and veneers below..Health Question & Answer

no when enamel is gone its gone.. but i do recommend making the rest of the enamel harder by brushing after every meal so the acids dont erode the rest of the enamel.. drink carbonated drinks with a straw eventually the enamel will become harderHealth Question & Answer
