You might have built up some teeth plague (this is probably not your fault).. Make an appointment at a dentist to get your teeth cleaned (btw, this is a different process from whitening which is generally not recommended)..

- also, "daily" brushing doesn't cut it.. Try to brush your teeth often (morning, night, after every major meal) and get some mouthwash.. Change your toothpaste to something stronger and get a new toothbrush..

- I would also recommend to cut down on sugar........ but since you are 15 this is close to impossible..Health Question & Answer

It could be from improper brushing, not brushing long enough, etc..

For young children they make mouth wash which you gargle and spit out and it leaves traces of blue where you still have plaque.. Maybe you could try this as it could teach you better brushing habits and ensure you dont miss spots.. You could also use a timer to ensure you're brushing with adequate time..Health Question & Answer

it could be your mirror- the lighting..
i had this problem and then i started brushing more..
i think five times a day..
its more of an obsession now..
