when i smile, my front tooth covers my bottom tooth, like this pic here:

and if i push it back to line up with my bottom teeth, my jaw sticks out, can braces cure this.? and does it also cause lisps.?

If your teeth look like that then yes, you have an overbite (also called a deep bite).. It can be fixed with braces..
