This is perfectly normal for it to still be bleeding.. Anywhere from 24 to 48 hours after surgery.. Make sure you are not drinking through a straw because this will prevent your blood to clot.. Try wetting a tea bag with cold water and biting down on this.. If the bleeding continues please call your oral surgeon..Health Question & Answer
Keep drinking cold drinks (preferbly water)and eating cold, soft food (ice cream/pudding) - it will fasten the healing.. Try to stay out of the heat.. Like above, salt water will help..Health Question & Answer
