I have what i would consider good gums on y top teeth but on the bottom there is alot of tooth showing is there any way to make them stronger and regrow them or anything , thanks..Health Question & Answer

What you have is gum recession and there is no way to regrow them, but you can keep it from getting worse.. Most likely you may have gotten it from the way you brush your teeth, such as brushing your gums too much or too hard.. It is possible you may have it from gum disease also..Health Question & Answer
