Well, I was told by my dentist to wait for 24 hours, but I didn't.. I waited about 12hours.. I was okay because I tried to smoke from the other side of my mouth (I only had one pulled).. I also inhaled it very gently and slowly.. The main problem is sucking in air or smoke hard - dries the socket.. Smoking also dries the mouth.. Good luck to you.. If you really need a cigarette, just try this and be careful.. also, try not to smoke too much for the next few days and drink a lot of water - you don't want to swish, but you can kind of hold it in your mouth for a minute and spit..Health Question & Answer
SAYING WITH LOTS AND LOTS OF RELUCTANCE BUT i must reply ......so, just 3-4 days after the wisdom tooth extraction, you may choose to use that "cancer stick"..
