It isn't bad for your teeth to chew your fingernails just your health because of all the germs that live under your fingernails.. As for the ice being bad I was told by a dentist that it was bad because it grinds down your teeth and causes them to weaken..Health Question & Answer
Nails, no unless you bite so hard you chip a front tooth..
