Answers:
My father just recently got his removed, he told me it was a *****.. But I wasn't sure if he was referring to the sores afterwards, or the actual procedure.. I'm sure they use some type of anesthetic..Health Question & Answer

Don't be nervous.. I was given a mirror by my dentist and watched him take them out!
However, there is also no point in lying to you, once the anesthetic wears off it is going to hurt.. But if you take a couple pain killers, you should be right after a couple of days.. Most dentistry work does involve pain.. But if you do not have it done, the short term pain you will go through may well compound down the track and become far worse than having a couple of teeth pulled..
Good luck!Health Question & Answer

they put you out so you don't feel anything.. I was kind of nervous too, because I can sometimes feel when i'm getting a cavity filled or something, but when i got my wisdom teeth removed, i did not feel a thing.. you just wake up groggy and they give you tylenol xtra strength so you don't hurt afterwards.. Your cheeks get a bit swollen after, but it goes away soon.. It's actually really great, because you get to eat soup and ice cream all day and sleep :P don't worry about it it'll go fine!Health Question & Answer

You'll be fine.. They had a tough time getting mine out and I had no swelling or anything.. It hurt that day and the next day I laid off the prescription pain killers and took regular Tylenol..Health Question & Answer
