I have a cavity and im getting it filled & I want to know what it feels like does it hurts please tell me

No.. The only pain you'll feel is the sharp, single pain of the novacaine needle going in.. After that it's smooth sailing.. The very most you'll feel is a bit of pressure as they work on your tooth, but it won't hurt..
It might hurt a little later when the drug wears off, but it's not unbearable as long as you don't eat anything against what your dentist suggests.. (soft foods, broths, etc..)

everyones different.. different pain thresholds.. Personally i would rather put up with 10 seconds of uncomfy needle so i...... and the dentist can relax and get on with it.. quickly..
some dont even need needles.. you can always start off and get him to numb you later if you are worried..Health Question & Answer
