i' ve wearing mine since i got my braces taken off which was april 18, and i don't really see a change, i followed the dentist's orders he said for 30 days u must wear them all day and all nigth, after 30 days only at nigth, at how many months should i be noticing a change in my teeth.?Health Question & Answer
