Question: I cannot stop biting my mouth.?

I can't stop chewing the layers of skin inside my mouth.. I chew and chew and then it bleeds,I keep chewing and it starts to hurt and then I chew somewheres else..and I think its becomeing a problum cause when the skin heals over,I chew it off agan.. Is it healthy.?Health Question & Answer

i dont think its healthy u could get an infection.. A while ago a chewed a hole in my tongue its no fun.. just go to the doctor and ask if there would be any medicine to take.. also start chewing gum it will help u keep occupied instead of eating your skin..Health Question & Answer
