Question: What is viscous lidocine.? Is it what the dentist gives you prior to a shot, to kinda numb the area.?
Answers:
It sounds like topical.. Topical can be lidocaine, benzocaine, or another type of caine.. It is in a gel form.. They put it on a Q-tip and place it on the tissue where they are going to give a shot.. It is supposed to numb the tissue so you don't feel the sting of the shot so much..
