it's okay if you do chew it sometimes, but i wouldn't do it on a regular basis.. this happened to my mom.. she use to chew ice NON-STOP.. it broke 2 of her back teeth, and she had to get them pulled, i think.. i don't think you would want this to happen to your pearly whites.. :)Health Question & Answer
