While watching many BBC TV shows, many people have very poor teeth and many missing teeth..

yes, they have excellent dentists.. the problem, as I've read, is that the people that are on National Health have to wait too long to go to a dentist and prefer to either let it all go, do their own (pull their own teeth), or have everything pulled in one go and get false teeth.. those less well off in ANY country have the same problem in affording the dental help they need..Health Question & Answer
Not to be racist, but I have noticed that too....I mean....look at Emma Thompson, she's an actress....you'd think she could afford dental work.. Its not about them being tramps....its just a majority do have bad teeth..
