Will it hurt; To get a teeth pulled or to get a root canal?!

You wont feel a thing if you are completely knocked out.. They give you drugs for the pain after thework rk is done.. I had a root canal couple yrs ago and it took 3 hrs..After i went home all i took was Tylenol i was just fine!Health Question & Answer

that all depends ive had a root canal im only 15 no it didnt hurt in the begining they take a needle and shoot it in your cheeck after that your mouth and stuff is basically numb your lips will feel huge but it wont hurt only thing is tolerating the debree from tooth grinding and the needle diging to get the roots i had 4 instead of 3 so i was there for about i think an hour or a lot more but no you'll be fine but a tooth pulled out naw inless some teeth they cant numb it they just have to pull it out so yeahHealth Question & Answer

Generally, if you get to the Dentist before the tooth gets infected, then you shouldn't have a problem.. Every patient is different, but get what ever it is you are going to have done, sooner rather than later.. If you wait too long, that is when people start to have bad experiences, because the tooth is infected..

Both hurt......see if you can get them done while you're 'out', as in anaesthetic, and that way the only pain that you'll feel is the usual recovery time and bruising afterwards!Health Question & Answer

a root canal i've never had one done before but i've had several teeth pulled before and it didnt hurt.. plus my mum had one done and she said that it hurt like hell..
