I am a dentist..
I use plain Colgate with fluoride (I don't like the whitening toothpastes as they sometimes irritate my gums..)..

Use a mouthwash without alcohol (alcohol has been shown to contribute to cancer in the mouth).. Act is a good one (it has fluoride)..

And you didn't ask but my favorite floss is Reach Weave Fluoride from Johnson and Johnson..Health Question & Answer
