Im getting them this year and i wanted to know does it hurt when u get them on because im really scared and i hate when i have to get something done with my teeth..Health Question & Answer

no, it doesnt hurt when theyre actually bonding them on.. you will feel some pressure, but no pain right away.. unfortanutely, a few hours later, the pain gets pretty bad & lasts for about a week.. but once you get past that, all the tightenings & stuff arent as bad :)

In the beginning when they put them on it doesn't hurt , but like a few minutes or hours you might feel pain ; trust me ! i been through the pains .. take some medicine ; it will help you .. and when i had my pains all i wanted to do was to get those braces of me .. Just feel confident ! cause as soon you get those braces off you won't regret (:

They don't hurt the first ummm 3 months but when they get down to business it will start to hurt might for a week pro bale less.. If it real hurts a few pain pills will fix it!

It really doesn't hurt when they put them on.. It deff.. hurts affter.. The only thing that hurt for me was when the put the wire in because i realllyy wasn't used to it..Health Question & Answer
Sorry to say but yes.. Once you get them on, the next few days will be very uncomfortable for you.. The lower part of your face will be extremely sore.. The pain usually does not last more than a week..Health Question & Answer

When I got my braces put on it did not hurt.. However, I felt tightness all around my teeth, but it didn't really bother me..Health Question & Answer
