Question: How to get rid of bad breath and regain confidence and friends.?
Hi every1 out there, i m glad u take a look at my question.. I m desperately in search for a cure for bad breath.. Honestly, i dunno whether i m having it anot, honestly sometimes i do smell unpleasent breath from myself, but very seldom..

I consulted my parents about this but they usually dismiss this talk and convince me that my breath is normal..

I trust them at first, as i brush daily, i have normal oral hygiene, but the thing is, everywhere i go, shopping malls, lectures, people tend to scratch their nose and start sneezing with my presence..

This pretty sure proved that there is something wrong with my breath.. But i don think my problem come from unhygienic oral routine, i brush daily..

IS THERE ANY OTHER REASONS that can caused badbreath.? how to alleviate this.?

PLS some1 help, my frens are turning against me now becoz of this, i suffered this for past 4 years and i think is the time to stand up and ask this question nowHealth Question & Answer

there are lots of bad breath causes in the list like dirty mouth, lack of oral hygiene, dry mouth, medications, cavities, gum disease, medications and other related illness especially in the stomach.. the best thing to do to be able to eliminate bad breath is to be able to determine the cause of it, and be able to know what can prevent it as well as the appropriate treatments for it.. seek the help of dental expert.. he may find the answer to your quest for bad breath eliminators..

know that chewing gums and mints can add up to the bad breath problem since they have sugar.. try using an all natural oral care for it does contain sugar for bad bacteria to feed on and speed up production.. keep your mouth salivated and hydrated by drinking adequate amount of water.. for more tips to get rid of bad breath visit .oramd..co..uk" rel="nofollow">http://www..oramd..co..ukHealth Question & Answer

Drink plenty of water (dry mouth can promote odor causing bacteria), brush your tongue, eat plenty of greens (the chlorophyll in them helps to freshen breath), floss, and use mouth wash.. Consider speaking with your dentist about this, too, if you haven't already..

also, avoid garlic, onions, coffee, and citrus juices.. For the short term, give breath mints or gum a try.. Best of luck..Health Question & Answer

Brush your teeth and use mouthwash for 30+ seconds..
Are you brushing your tongue.? Maybe you should keep some altoids handy.. also floss really good, that stuf stays in your teeth and begins to rot.... ew!!Health Question & Answer
