I have to go in tomorrow so they can get prints or whatever for my teeth for invisalign.. I was just wondering if people who have or had them find them easy to do and are not bothered by them.? also, how many people notice them.?

After about two years with my braces on, then about two months with regular retainers I finally got my invisalign retainer.... I have to say, I'm in love with it...... everyone I tried to show could barely see it until they look really really closely.... I doubt people will be stareing that intensly at you teeth unless you ask them to.. I not using it for a replacement to braces, my orthodontist gave it to me as a retainer.... but it is EXTREMLY comfortable compared to my braces or my old retainer.. I think the hardest partabout using them as braces would be to stay comitted to wearing them..Health Question & Answer
I haven't personally gotten invisalign, but I know people who have.. From my dentist and orthodontist, I was told that normal braces are more sturdy and are probably the safer choice in terms of braces and faster and more productive alignment.. However, invisalign is good too, they're not noticeable from far away but when you're talking to someone up close you do notice them.. This is probably a little gross but I know a girl who has invisalign and maybe it's just her saliva glands but she produces a lot of saliva in her invisalign when she talks and stuff so it's weird because the invisalign isn't really noticeable so it looks like she just has a lot of saliva when she speaks but I think it's from the invisalign, but the other girl I know doesn't have this problem..

Personally, I think braces are a much better idea then invisalign.. Regular braces work much much faster to move your teeth, and fix problems more easily..
