In the past I have tried many teeth whitening kits....all of which made no difference :( the best whitening trick I learned was to brush with baking soda ( tastes bad though) and also twice a week I use 2% peroxide from the chemist......I apply a little to my toothbrush, brush gently and rinse........remember to rinse well.. Go to a store like Wegmans or Target and purchase Crest Whitestrips.. It comes with strips that you put over your teeth, leave them on for a certain amount of time, and take them off.. By doing this, your teeth will eventually turn white.. It gives you instructions about putting them on, and how long to put them on for..
