What can I do to make my teeth whiter even though I have braces?!

you do not want to try and whiten your teeth while you have braces otherwise when they come off, your teeth will have discolored spots on them.. my suggestion to you to make your teeth appear whiter is get a darker color of bands for your braces..Health Question & Answer

errr not such a good idea to whiten them because when you get your braces off, your teeth are going to be two different colors.. i don't think you should be brushing your teeth 4 times a day because it's only recommended you brush in twice a day.. max.. is like 3 times.. i doubt your teeth are not white you probably just feel like it is, but people don't really notice the color of your teeth when you have braces..Health Question & Answer

Brush with baking soda every two days then swish hydrogen peroxide every other day.. The peroxide will taste like water at first but then you'll get a weird after taste, just brush your teeth or drink water.. It'll aslso heal any cuts in your mouth.. Chew gum that whitens your teeth if you can and use a whitning toothpaste and whitening mouth wash.. I wouldnt try too hard to whiten your teeth with the braces still on..
