Question: Does the procedure in getting an implant tooth hurt.?
I have to get two done in Korea when I'm going there in a couple of months.. I just saw a clip of a procedure and it looks really painful.. Can anyone tell me if it hurt.? How long would I have to stay in Korea to get the two done.?

no it does not hurt, they numb you up pretty good so all you feel is pressure.. today i saw a person getting 2 implants put in and it took 1..5 hours, sometimes, if they have to drill into you bone it will take more but if you have solid/good bone it will be as simple as stiking the titanium into your gum and make sure its tight and then take some impressions, thats about it.. If you are getting some extractions it will take longer.. Once they place the implants, you will need 3-4 months for your bone structure to fully heal and fuse with the titanium implant, then they will place the porcelin tooth on it and you will good to go..Health Question & Answer
