I get those kind of sores a lot and the worst thing to do is bit them it only makes them worse.. If you don't bother it it should go away in like a day or so......whenever i get one i put baby orajel on it and i know that sounds kinda weird but it numbs it so you cant feel it anymore which makes you not bit it which will make it go away fasterHealth Question & Answer
I worked for a dentist for almost 3 years! so if the sore does not go away on its own within the next day or two, then call your dentist, and tell them what is going on.. They will either tell you it has to go away on its own, possibly give you some sort of home remedy (if they think its something minor), but most likely if you have to be given meds to put on it or take you will have to make an appt.. to go in and see the doc..Health Question & Answer
