The wax usually comes in strips.. It's best to warm the wax a little before you put it on (I used to run it under a little bit of warm water for a few seconds prior) then you just push the wax onto the braces.. Simple as that.. good luck!Health Question & Answer
when i had braces i just to a lil piece off of the strip and rolled it into a ball using my fingers.. Then just push it onto the bracket..Health Question & Answer
dry the area of the metal and smear it on.. dry it with air or a cool hair drier or air fan.. the glob won't look pretty but you'll be comfortable..Health Question & Answer
