I have horrible teeth, is this good?!

Question: I have horrible teeth, is this good.?
I have really bad teeth, but they have been getting better, and I know this from my dentist.. at my last visit she said they were looking better, no cavities, but I have a million on watch..

this is what I do for my teeth now..
I brush them with Colgate Advanced clean for about 3 minutes..
then I floss with the reach flosser..
the I use mouthwash, and I use Advanced Listerine and mix my Periomed into it..
wait 30 minutes..
then I re-brush with floridex, which has 1..1% sodium flouride in it..
then wait 30 minutes before eating/drinking anything..

I do this morning and night and use a sonicare..

is this a good tooth health care plan, or should I be doing something different.?Health Question & Answer

Answers:
Yes! I think you can take the Periomed out, ask your dentist.. I think you only need one toothpaste no need for two and sodium fluoride.. Just a good toothpaste like Colgate Advance or Crest Pro-Health.. Sonicare and Reach are good brands.. You look like your in good hands! :)Health Question & Answer
