How to use Colgate Phos Flur Gel?!


Question: How to use Colgate Phos Flur Gel.?
Hi, um I was just wondering how to correctly use it since the derections on the tube isn't that clear.. After I brush my teeth with it am i suppose to rinse it or jst leave it on.? I'm scared that if I leave it on I might swallow it :(.. Thanks! :)Health Question & Answer
