Yes they do work.. It is made with the same type of peroxide gel that a dentist would give you in a whitening tray.. When I look at pictures of myself from a few years ago, I can tell a huge difference.. I have dentists compliment me on how white my teeth are all the time..Health Question & Answer
if you really want to whiten your teeth go to the dentist.. i tried all the whitening stuff on the market and it didnt help with my teeth.. the dentist made me this really small and thin gumgard and gave me 4 syringes of this gell stuff that i wear at night for 4 hours and i have noticed a massive difference.. even the dentist man is impressed i have gone up 3 shades!
